Hello Everyone!
Thank you for the warm welcome. It`s my first blog here and I would like to show what is in my life now (well, first of all i want to apologize for my English, it`s not perfect) Anyway... Smile I`ve written who i am and what my interests are. But today is the time of changes for all people. So, it`ll be the main issue of the blog. "Changes" is a very broad term, because of it`s meaning and due to the world picture accepted by our mind. Sometimes they are huge and could be caught at ones(and we always wait for such situations) but more often all changes are little and go one by one slowly, completing our life with new opportunities and moving us to the next level of the life studying.
I`m just an amateur in my spirit life, always learn and find something new, always improve my way of connecting with spirit world and create paths to angels for other people and for me, of course... I would like to introduce you Archangel Raphael (He is one of the Angels who always takes part in a process of personalities changing (i found out that due to some evidences in my life). As you know, He is an angel Of health and always first to help with energetic troubles, of course, diseases and long term stops in your life... How it is connected with the topic of the blog? You see, all my life i had some problems with my health and my weight, i visited different doctors, took mountains of medicines, kept thousands of diets and had no the results until recent time. By the way, all doctors` examinations showed that inner processes were great. And i always asked myself and (after 19 years old)my guides what was the real problem of mine? I thought i bored them with such questions, because they usually told me one sentence - You should change your mind... i may say, those words were undesirable for me, because i had a real problem and it was becoming bigger and bigger every day... I wanted them to tell me more about me, my future like the did for my relatives and friend but always got - change your mind... ( i was reading books, improving the way of connecting with guides, broad my mind, but the problem was growing up with me....)I cried and was nervous when spoke about myself and happy speaking about angels, other people and the way of their changes, given me by my the spirits. They called me angel and i hated myself, because all the methods i tried didn`t give me any result... Everything i heard for myself didn`t gave the results and i gave up... And the day i gave up i meet Archangel Michael, who showed me my situation from the God`s side...He showed me the level i tortured my self all that time, i was almost died on energetic level... I wanted to change the situation, but kept in mind a lot of sad information from my past about cries and other people thoughts according to my situation (children laughed at me, parents made me eat, i was almost sure nobody loved me because of my health...) I sow everything again and found out nothing from myself...I was living by those thoughts and wanted to change myself having nothing from myself... I was irresolute and unsure of my strength to do something. Michael showed me the reason why i had not had the result before, i just didn`t belief in it because I didn`t love myself from the spirit side. I was convinced that i`m another, unusual and fat. But all these world were illusive... And the time i sow that was the point of a new life start. I knew before, God loved me, but i knew that with my mind and din`t understand, and i could see His love with my heart, i could see Him and His angels in my live, every day, 25 years, in every miracle of my life... I saw that and my problem stopped growing... It was fun, because the time i started created my own thoughts about my self the problem stopped and i felt myself happier Smile. But it was just the beginning... After some months of my acting with God and Archangel Michael, i met Raphael again (why again, once He saved my cat (it is not joke, my cat was almost died and Raphael gave her "new life)... And the time i met Him, my problem started to decrease... Smile
Raphael showed me the way God acted with my problems, and all the time they tried to help me but i destroyed all their help with my cries and sad thought, i even didn`t notice those huge work they did for me... He showed me who I am, what level i could reach and what opportunities i can create working with Him and The God in one team... He created for me the system of the healthy way of living, and now teaches me what does it mean to change my mind...
I wrote all this to give you his message, because it saved my life and could help someone else. (i`ll put just some extracts of the conversation)
"...There are no ways to correct, there are no things you really need to change, if each of you don`t understand who you are and why came to the Earth. First of all you should look inside your heart and ask what things do you want to reach this life. And even if they are impossible, you must go ahead. Your believes are illusive, you cannot know if you can do something or no… try yourself in a new way. Yes it is difficult, but it is better than die in the silence of this life, it is much more easier than just sit and dream about beautiful way of your salvation. DO IT, CREATE YOUR LIFE AND SAFE YOUR OWN SOUL… it is not important what to do, just believe in us… believe in each word I wrote and million another ones you will find out in your future books and the works of the great angelologists… we are not the science … we are real like you are and alive maybe more than all people all together… we don`t create new way of your believes or new religious … we just show you the way to your God, Buddha or Allah… the way of love and light. ...
Keep your souls in love, God loves you and we are friend to you during all your life. You should remember it before staring to change your life. Believe in yourselves, in the results of your own future. God has happiness for everybody....(then He`s telling about the weight of people`s souls..., about egoist that could be shown by actions or just by thought in everyone )...All people… at the firs stage don`t be egoistic… and your eating is the face of your egoism… those moments when you hate your looking in the mirror are the moments of egoistic thoughts, you even don`t want to try to look at it from the side of God! Yes All fat people are egoistic in their thought and they just see their own mind! If you are not so egoistic, nobody died from the fat this century… ( ha, you don`t wait for this tone of conversation,) but you all can die due to your egoism alone, at homes…. Just eating and killing yourself… say your mom if she buys 500 grams of sweets she still kills her children. If you buy a lot of bed food, you just carry about yourselves, but not about the happiness of you relatives. You don`t mind that you eat every day poison… but you love it and are so egoistic that agree die yourself and to kill somebody else! Don`t be egoistic!....
you ask me (Raphael) to help you to become healthy and beautiful! But… oh, people always wait for somebody come and do everything… Kate… the wrong words – you should say – Raphael, Please, help me to loose my weight and to clean my body, full it with the energy of love and happiness And show me what should I do to help to you making me healthy and happy! (people, show us that you are ready to create with us)))))) yes, until we see you are ready we`ll create and you`ll destroy… we must work in one team. but remember… all kilograms are results of you own egoism… If you switch off your egoistic thought(oh, she eats and I don`t… what to do? - your problem will disappear.... You want to live another way but act the same way – ha, that`s impossible… the right of choice…...
Nothing is impossible for everybody, if you believe God speak to you, it means God speak to you/ you need miracles but when you don`t believe in them, they are just illusion…. Will you talk to the person who don`t believe you, your actions? So, no… and when we cannot see your believes, we cannot do the things you don`t believe…...
… Didn`t I tell you God loves you? Din`t I show you we are with you in one team? Didn`t I tell you improve for God not for yourself? If we need you as a businesswoman, you`ll be, if we need you as a supermodel, we`ll do it … but … ask God, what should you do for him during this life and he`ll show you the things you should live for… you`ll find a very good job, after you`ll listen to God`s advice and close your egoism… it`s easier than you think…"

Well, what can i sad after this extracts, PEOPLE, BEFORE STARTING NEW LIFE, CHANGE YOUR MIND. FILL IT WITH LOVE ENERGY, LOVE TO THIS WORLD, TO PEOPLE AND TO YOURSELF. YOU ARE WORTH OF THE HAPPINESS, GOD LOVES YOU AND ALWAYS HELPS, EVEN IF SOMEBODY TELLS YOU ANOTHER WAY.angel06

The Five Tibetan Rites is a yoga routine based on a ritual of exercises discovered in the early 1900's, by a British army colonel, Colonel Bradford, who was living in a Himalayan monastery. The rites are comprised of five different movements, with each movement performed up to 21 times. It is best to start with 3 repetitions of each exercise and gradually increase the repetitions. The entire routine can be completed in less than 10 minutes.

Here are the Five Tibetan Rites and how they work on the body (remember to breathe deeply using the diaphragm during the movements).

Rite 1


The first rite is the practice of spinning, which effects the emotional body by speeding up the vortexes. Children naturally spin while playing. As one spins clockwise, Lamas say that negative residues are flung out of the body and the bridge is strengthened between the left and right hemispheres. Spinning stimulates the body's energy system and wakes up the chakras.

Spinning:

Extend your arms out to the sides and spin (in a clockwise direction). Go as fast as you can without losing control (slow down or stop if you get dizzy). Try to do 21 revolutions.

Follow your right arm so that you spin around to your right. As you begin to spin, focus your vision on a single point straight ahead and continue holding your vision on that point as long as possible. Eventually you have to let it leave your field of vision as your head spins with the body. As this occurs, turn your head around quickly and refocus on your reference point as soon as possible. Using a reference point helps prevent dizziness. Stop spinning as soon as you feel slightly dizzy. Lie on the floor and breathe deeply before you begin the next rite. Raise your hands above your head to stretch the back.

Rite 2
Rite two is similar to Western abdominal exercises. By raising the head to the chest, you create an extra stimulus to the solar plexuschakraand the "Conception Vessel" moving through the center of the trunk.
Use a thick rug or yoga mat to protect your back as you lie on the floor.

Leg Raises:

First lie flat on the floor, face up. Fully extended your arms along your sides, and place the palms of your hands against the floor, keeping the fingers close together. Then, raise your head off the floor, tucking the chin against the chest. As you do this, lift your legs, knees straight, into a vertical position. If possible, let the legs extend back over the body, toward the head; but do not let the knees bend. Then slowly lower both the head and the legs, knees straight, to the floor. Allow all the muscles to relax, continue breathing in the same rhythm. Breathe in deeply as you lift your legs and breathe out as you lower your legs.

Upon sitting up, stretch your legs out in front of you. Starting at the thigh area, stroke down the outside of your legs with your hands until you reach your feet. Grab your feet on the outside, pulling your head as close to your straight knees as possible.

Rite 3

Rite three opens the solar plexus and heart. We begin life by drawing energy in through the umbilical area. Lamas believe we continue the habit of sucking into the solar plexus, which is the seat of the emotional body, without being aware of what we are taking in. All kinds of emotional energies enter in this way. Psychically, we attract negative emotions that relate to those we ourselves are carrying. Thus, fear or anger inside us acts as a magnet to people who are carrying the same kind of energies.

Contraction interferes with the functioning of the solar plexus ganglion that relays messages to the brain relevant to our sense of safety and stimulates the "fight or flight" reflex. This rite provides an extension and a powerful lifting of the entire trunk, which is the opposite of a defensive, contractive stance. By performing this motion, you are reversing the energy flow and raising the energy to the heart area.

Camel:

This is a classic back bend. Kneel on the floor, knees under your hips, toes flat, with the body erect. Place hands on back of legs just under the buttocks. Tilt the head and neck forward, tucking the chin against the chest. Then, tilt the head and neck backward, arching the spine backward, and look upward. After arching, return to the original position, and repeat up to 21 times.

Inhale deeply as you arch the spine, exhale as you return to an erect position. This rite opens up the front of the body and spine. Establish a rhythmic breathing pattern. Breathe in deeply as you arch the spine. Breathe out as you return to an erect position.

When you are finished with this series of motions, extend your arms at shoulder level straight out in front of you and lean back without arching your back. You will feel this stretching the fascia latae at the outer thighs.

Rite 4

This rite causes a pleasant stimulation throughout the sacral area which stirs the meridians and the energies going to and from the groin and down the legs. This rite strengthens and tones the legs and glutes.

Tabletop:

Sit on floor with your legs extended, body erect, feet flexed and about 12 inches apart, palms flat on floor next to your hips, fingers pointed toward your feet. Tuck the chin forward against the chest. Now, tilt the head backward as far as it will go. At the same time, bend your knees and push up to a "tabletop" position, arms straight. Let your head fall back gently. The trunk of the body will be in a straight line with the upper legs, horizontal to the floor. Then, tense every muscle in the body. Finally, relax your muscles as you return to the original sitting position. Rest before repeating the procedure.

Breathe in as you raise up, hold your breath as you tense the muscles, breathe out completely as you come down. Continue breathing in the same rhythm as long as you rest between repetitions.

Rite 5

Rite five brings an immediate change in the energy currents of the body. It makes one feel strong and invigorated and brings a happy glow to the face. This is the most powerful rite in terms of speeding up the chakric vortexes.

Up Dog & Down Dog:

Begin on all fours, toes flexed, palms on floor, weight distributed evenly among your knees, your palms, and the balls of your feet. Throughout this rite, your hands and feet should be kept straight. Start with your arms perpendicular to the floor, and the spine arched downward, so that the body is in a sagging position. Slowly lift your buttocks toward the sky, with a flat back, lowering your head, so your body makes an inverted "V." Tuck your chin to your chest. Pause, then lower your buttocks while pressing your palms into the floor, until your legs are in a plank position (parallel to the ground), moving your chest out and shoulders back. Inhale on your way up; exhale on your way down. Repeat, up to 21 times. In the rite, your body is moving in concert, moving energy up the spine.

Follow the deep breathing pattern used in the previous rites. Breathe in deeply as you raise the body, breathe out fully as you lower it.

In 1939, Peter Kelder published "The Original Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation," which helped spread the rites in the western world.

The rites are comprised of five different movements, with each movement performed up to 21 times. It is best to start with 3 repetitions of each exercise and gradually increase the repetitions. The entire routine can be completed in less than 10 minutes.

For thousands of years, medical practitioners have maintained that the body has seven principal energy centers which correspond to the seven endocrine glands, also known as chakras. Chakrasare essentially energies within spinning vortexes. As a vortex is increased, the life force becomes stronger and more directed.

Recent medical research has uncovered convincing evidence that the aging process is hormone-regulated. The five ancient Tibetan rites are said to normalize hormonal imbalances in the body, thereby holding the key to lasting youth, health, and vitality. The rites stimulate the energy system in the body, wake up the chakras, and get energy moving from your core outward to your extremities. The theory behind the rites is that your Kundalini (spiritual energy) is stored and lies at the base of your spine and that these rites access that energy in a very efficient, fast, and user-friendly way.

An important part of the Tibetan exercises is a conscious synchronization of breathing while performing physical activity. Before beginning the exercises, practice the basic 4 - stage breathing technique.

•Inhale.
•Hold filled lungs.
•Exhale.
•Hold empty lungs.
No exercise should be so intense that it makes you feel exhausted. For example, if you are "losing your breath", it indicates that your body is in an anaerobic(low oxygen) condition and that you should slow down. If you can not talk normally after performing an exercise, you should slow down. When performing the exercises, the main emphasis should be on breath synchronization and fluency, rather than on speed and number of repetitions.

Some call these rites isometricexercises. Although they are helpful in stretching muscles and joints and improving muscle tone, this is not their primary purpose. A slow vortex causes that part of the body to deteriorate, while a faster one causes nervousness, anxiety, and exhaustion. Abnormal vortexes produces abnormal health, deterioration, and old age. The rites normalize the speed of the spinning vortexes by keeping them spinning at the same rate and working in harmony.
